I wish my whole team would go through the program because then we could help each other out with our mental practices and we would have a better understanding of each other as humans rather than just how we play volleyball. I left this course with multiple tools and techniques to help me stay focused and present while playing volleyball. This is a great program for any athlete interested in beginning their mental game journey.
